Island Pineapple Chutney


After our mango chutney was such a hit, we couldn’t resists innovating with a new flavor. Tracy worked out a creation with another of our Islands' fabulous fruits -- pineapple! Pineapple and vanilla are a phenomenal combination -- slowly cooked with sugar and spice and everything nice, this is one of our most highly requested products.

Use the chutney as a wonderful accompaniment to fish (see the salmon recipe in the photos or in our blog!) grilled meat, curries or cream cheese and crackers. We highly recommend using this show-stopper for a cheese board as well!

Ingredients include: pineapple, brown sugar, sugar, granulated garlic, ground ginger, red pepper flakes, dried cilantro, salt, raisins, onion, white wine vinegar, vanilla seeds, and love.
