Baked Brie

Even here on the Hamakua Coast, we are still cozying up and this baked Brie board brings all the comfort. We used berries, but you can easily swap them for seasonal fruits like apples or pears. Guests can either dip them directly into the cheese or add the slices on their bread. We especially love the flatbread crackers to give you that extra reach into the brie.

Ingredients:

  • Baked Brie (see instructions)
  • Sourdough flatbreads
  • Baguette or sourdough loaf (sliced)
  • Mango or pineapple chutney
  • Red & Green Apples sliced
  • Pears
  • Orange Slices
  • Berries of choice
  • Roasted Mac Nuts (we recommend our friends over at Ahualoa Farms)
  • Rosemary sprigs

Instructions:

For easy baked brie: Heat oven to 375 degrees F. In a small cast iron skillet, add 1 mini Brie wheel then top with 1 Tablespoon of mango or pineapple chutney and 2 sprigs of rosemary. Bake for 8-12 minutes then remove and serve immediately.
