The buttery deliciousness of salmon is a match made in heaven with the sweet + savory Hawaii Island Pineapple Chutney. It’s rare to find a recipe that is both simple and quick, and also a mouth-watering show stopper. This recipe has it all and we think it’ll become a favorite go-to for you and your family. Handcrafted locally at our family Vanilla Mill, the Pineapple Chutney has been a fan favorite for generations. With premium ingredients and only the best vanilla, we present this recipe in collaboration with Maura Getzfread.
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 6oz cut of salmon
- 4 tbsp of Hawaiian Vanilla Pineapple Chutney
- 1 cup of fresh pineapple (optional)
- Fresh cilantro
Step 1. Preheat your oven to 450 degrees
Step 2. Prep your salmon by cutting it into two 3oz portions. Coat both sides with olive oil.
Step 3. Sprinkle salt and pepper
Step 4. Bake for 15 minutes
Step 5. Top the salmon with Pineapple Chutney, diced pineapple, and cilantro
Step 6. Serve with your favorite sides ad enjoy! I chose rice and veggies.
