Vanilla-Infused Honey

 **Vanilla-Infused Honey**  

**Ingredients:**  
- 1 vanilla bean pod  
- 1/2 cup honey  

**Directions:**  
1. Slice the vanilla bean pod lengthwise and scrape out the seeds.  
2. Add both the seeds and the pod to a small saucepan.  
3. Pour in the honey and stir to combine.  
4. Cook over very low heat for 10-15 minutes, or until fragrant.  
5. Once infused, remove from heat and transfer the honey to a jar. Your vanilla-infused honey is now ready to use!
