We bring you the Jalapeño and Passionfruit Wings to bring the magic of Hawaiian vanilla and lilikoi (passionfruit) into your home. - 6 wings (1.80 lb package)
- 2 jalapenos
- ⅓ cup Hawaiian Vanilla Lilikoi (passionfruit) Dressing
- Optional sides: Carrots and celery
Step 1. Chop the jalapeno and add it to your bowl.
Step 2. Pour the Hawaiian Vanilla Lilikoi Dressing into the bowl.
Step 3. Pat the chicken wings dry with a paper towel and sprinkle with salt. Step 4. Add chicken wings into the bowl to marinate for at least 30 minutes in your refrigerator. For spicier wings, let the bowl of marinade refrigerate for a few hours or overnight. Give this bowl a stir halfway to make sure the wings are evenly covered.
Step 5. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 40 minutes, flipping halfway. Step 6. Broil the wings for about 2-3 minutes for a crispier wing.
Step 7. Serve with carrots and celery - Enjoy!
