Vanilla Cinnamon French Toast

- 4 eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- ½ teaspoon Hawaiian Vanilla Extract
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- 8 (¾ inch thick) slices challah or brioche bread
- Unsalted butter
- ¼ cup Vanilla Cinnamon Sugar
- Toppings, for serving
Step 1. In a shallow bowl or baking dish, whisk together the eggs, milk, Hawaiian Vanilla Extract, and salt.
Step 2. Working in batches, soak the bread in the mixture for 5 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Step 3. Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a non-stick skillet over medium low heat. When the butter starts to sizzle, add the bread. Sprinkle a teaspoon of Vanilla Cinnamon Sugar on top of each slice. Once the bottom has browned, flip and cook the second side until golden.
Step 4. Repeat with the remaining bread, adding more butter to the pan as necessary.
Step 5. Serve with your favorite toppings, such as cream cheese, seasonal fruit, maple syrup, or more Vanilla Cinnamon Sugar.
